Peaks Island Iced Chai

Ingredients

  • 25ml Handshake Digestif Bitters

  • 50ml Maine Craft Distilling Ration Rum

  • 200ml Chilled Persian Cardamom Tea (or Chai *CHAW-EE) 

Method

  1. Fill a glass with ice.

  2. Add ingredients and stir.

  3. Garnish with slapped mint and meyer lemon.
